On-Site Meals

We are still finalizing meal plan options.  We will update this section will all the details when finalized! For those who have registered, we will send you a separate email to let you know you can order a meal plan if desired.  Thanks for your patience!

Catered dining will be served at designated times in the SWVAHEC Cafeteria.

For food allergies and dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten free, shellfish allergies, etc.) please email us to to ensure that allergies/restrictions are forwarded to our caterers.

We are also pleased to announce that on our opening night, Wednesday, MMC will once again be celebrating with an old-fashioned PIG ROAST, prepared by acclaimed award winning master chef, Eric Turner. All the sides and fixins included (vegetarian options will also be provided.)

On Saturday night, we will continue our pizza party tradition at the Birthplace of Country Music, after our private tour, and before our Instructor Concert!

Meal Plan:

As a continental and/or hot breakfast is provided by the hotel, MMC this year will be providing
3 Lunches (Th, F, Sat) and 4 Dinners (Wed, Th, F, Sat) as part of our meal plan.

Child: $ (Age 12 and under)

Off-site dining is available in the surrounding areas if participants elect not to partake in a meal plan.
