2024: We are waiting for final contract/confirmation from our caterer, and will update our information here when it is finalized.
2023: We are happy to have Your Grate Escape as our caterers for camp this year. The meal plan includes 3 Lunches and 4 Dinners. (breakfast is being provided by the hotel for those who have chosen that option.)
Catered dining will be served at designated times in the SWVAHEC Cafeteria.
For food allergies and dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten free, shellfish allergies, etc.) please email us to to ensure that allergies/restrictions are forwarded to our caterers.
We are also pleased to announce that on our opening night, Wednesday, MMC will once again be celebrating with an old-fashioned PIG ROAST, prepared by acclaimed award winning master chef, Eric Turner. All the sides and fixins included (vegetarian options will also be provided.)
On Saturday night, we will continue our pizza party tradition at the Birthplace of Country Music, after our private tour, and before our Instructor Concert!
As a continental and/or hot breakfast is provided by the hotel, MMC this year will be providing
3 Lunches (Th, F, Sat) and 4 Dinners (Wed, Th, F, Sat) as part of our meal plan.
Off-site dining is available in the surrounding areas if participants elect not to partake in a meal plan.
