TUITION
- Full Camp ADULT: Pay Tuition in Full ($600) – Early Bird Discount available for all Paid in Full Tuitions. Use Code: “EB50” (through Feb 29, 2024 at 11:59pm. Then it goes away!)
- Full Camp STUDENT: Pay Tuition in Full ($475) – No additional discounts can be applied.
- ADULT or STUDENT: Non-Refundable Deposit. ($200) Please note the remaining balance due date is 7/1/2024. (Adults balance due: $400. Students balance due: $275)
- COMPANION/PARENT OF MINOR/NON-PARTICIPANT: ($150) Includes attendance at all special presentations, instructor concert, Wednesday Opening Night celebration, Student Ensemble Showcases, listening to jams. Does not include classes, meals, or lodging. No discount can be applied.
- SINGLE DAY: One-day-only registrations for Thursday (9/5) $175, Friday (9/6) $200, and Saturday (9/7) $175. Registration includes individual classes, special presentations, student ensemble showcases, Instructor concert (Fri) and organized jams for that day only. To add meals or lodging, contact Heidi to request. No discount to be applied.
** PLEASE NOTE: THE EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT (EB50) can only be applied to the Adult Paid in Full Tuition, as the other options are already discounted. Thanks for understanding! HH
LODGING
CLARION POINTE (Comfort Inn), 170 JONESBORO RD, ABINGDON, VA 24210 (.9 miles from SWVA Higher Ed Cntr)
Package includes 4 Nights Lodging for the dates: 9/4/2023 (Wednesday) – 9/24/2023 (Sunday)
SINGLE or a SHARED/DOUBLE room. Please note that if you sign up for a shared/double room and you are not paired with another, you will be responsible for the single room rate. Pairing based upon gender. If you have a room companion pre-arranged, please include on registration form.
If you are interested in coming in earlier or departing later than camp, we can arrange additional nights at our discounted rate. DO NOT CONTACT HOTEL for additional nights as you will be charged the current rack rate. Instead, contact Heidi for additional dates. A separate invoice will be included.

T-SHIRTS & CAMP MANUAL:
CAMP T-SHIRTS ($20 – 22): We offer Unisex Camp T-shirts again this year, size XS – 3XL.
CAMP MANUALS ($25) Our Camp Manuals include daily schedules, class descriptions, class handouts for each of the 100 or so classes offered (regular notation, tab, instructor video links for tunes), and additional resource materials. These manuals are a fantastic resource to use throughout the year. Due to increased printing costs, participants who would like a camp manual, can pre-order them during registration.
