2023 Registration

By registering for camp, either on-line or through a mail in registration form, registrant acknowledges that they have read our COVID-19 INFO & POLICIES and agree to follow them, including updates that may happen closer to camp dates.

REGISTRATION DETAILS AND OPTIONS:

Choose from Registration options:

  1. Pay Tuition in Full
  2. Pay a Non-Refundable Deposit, to hold your spot, please note the remaining balance amount and due date.
  3. STUDENTS (full time, registered—kindergarten through graduate school): generous donors have made it possible for us to offer an automatic $100 scholarship to you. A copy of your class schedule will be required—you can email it to us.

Adults: 

Tuition Payment in Full: $550. Non-Refundable Deposit Only: $150 (balance of $400 due by 7/01/2023)

Students:

Tuition Payment in Full: $450. Non-Refundable Deposit Only: $150 (balance of $300 due by 7/01/2023)

SINGLE DAYS:  MMC will offers one-day-only registrations for Thursday (9/21), Friday (9/22), and Saturday (9/23).  Registration includes individual classes, special presentations, concert (Fri) and organized jams for that day only (meals and lodging will be separate.)

MMC has reserved 50 rooms group rate block of newly remodeled rooms, conveniently located within a 5-8 minute walk (or 1 minute drive) to the Southwest VA Higher Education Center. We offer either a SINGLE OCCUPANCY room or a SHARED/DOUBLE room. Please note that if you sign up for a shared/double room and you are not paired with another, you will be responsible for the single room rate. Pairing based upon gender. If you have a room companion pre-arranged, please email us about it.  To arrange additional nights and to receive our group discounted rate, please contact Heidi @ monroemandolincamp@gmail.com. (DO NOT CONTACT HOTEL for additional nights as you will be charged the current rack rate.)

  • Double/Shared: $160 (per Person)

MEAL PLANS:

Your Grate Escape, our caterers from 2022, will be returning for meal duty for 2023!  Price will be $160 per person.

T-SHIRTS & CAMP MANUAL:

CAMP T-SHIRTS:  We offer Unisex Camp T-shirts again this year, size XS – 3XL.

CAMP MANUALS: Our Camp Manuals include daily schedules, class descriptions, class handouts for each of the 100 or so classes offered (regular notation, tab, instructor video links for tunes), and additional resource materials. These manuals are a fantastic resource to use throughout the year. Due to increased printing costs, participants who would like a camp manual, can pre-order them during registration.
