For MINORS under 18 years of age, there are a few more requirements:

1.  A Minor Release Form must be completed and emailed/mailed in by minor’s parent or legal guardian;
2.  Parent or legal guardian (with ID) MUST check in MINOR at the registration desk with Executive Director Heidi Herzog;
3.  Parent or legal Guardian must remain ON-SITE when minor is involved in any camp activity (parent/legal guardian will not be present in classrooms);
4. Parent agrees to NOT send minor to camp with another adult without appropriate LEGAL GUARDIANSHIP papers and MINOR RELEASE;
5. By registering a minor,  parent/legal guardian understands that MMC, including staff, instructors, volunteers, or other participants or parent are NOT responsible for minor during camp.
