Dining will be served in the CAFE (1st floor of Southwest VA Higher Ed Center) at set times:

Lunch: 12:30 – 1:30, D: 6:30 – 7:30

We are contracting with “YOUR GRATE ESCAPE” catering company once again. Clint and crew always provide incredible meals…and the desserts?  Nobody goes hungry!  Catered menu’s will be posted and shared with participants.  All meals will include proteins, vegetables, salads, etc., and will be served in an open buffet line.

The Meal Plan includes 3 lunches and 4 dinners.  (Hot Breakfast only is served at the Comfort Suites hotel and part of your lodging price.)  We will kick off meals on Wednesday, 8/12/26, with our traditional Pizza Party pre-camp opening!

And if all the stars align once again, Chef Eric Turner and Gary will be hosting their PIG ROAST extravaganza.

For food allergies and dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten free, shellfish allergies, etc.) please include that information so we may forward it to the chef.

Off-site dining is available in the surrounding areas if participants elect not to partake in a meal plan.
