A RECAP OF THE DETAILS AND OPTIONS

TUITION

  1. ADULT:  $700 Tuition – Early Bird Discount available for all Paid in Full Tuitions.
  2. STUDENT:  $550 Tuition – No additional discounts can be applied.
  3. ADULT or STUDENT: Non-Refundable Deposit. $200 (if not paying tuition in full.)  Please note the remaining balance due date is PRIOR to 7/1/2026.
  4. NON-STUDENT ACTIVITY FEE (Companion/Spouse/Parent/Guardian): ($150) Includes attendance at all special presentations, instructor concert, Wednesday Opening Night celebration, Student Ensemble Showcases, listening to jams. Does not include classes, meals, or lodging. No discount can be applied.
  5. SINGLE DAY: One-day-only registrations for Thursday (8/13) $225, Friday (8/14) $250, and Saturday (8/15) $225.  Registration includes individual classes, special presentations, student ensemble showcases, concerts, and organized jams.  To add lodging or meals to single days, contact Heidi to request.

    Comfort Suites:

$380 Single/$190 Double or Shared

SHARED/DOUBLE room. Please note that if you sign up for a shared/double room and you are not paired with another, you will be responsible for the single room rate. Pairing based upon gender. If you have a room companion pre-arranged, please include on registration form.
